Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

defective product, we will cover shipping costs

For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the
customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Exchanges

our best to accommodate exchanges subject to product availability. The
exchange process follows the same procedure as returns, and any price
differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products from
stylingchic:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the order
- Provide photographs of the damaged or defective items
- Keep all original packaging

- Return shipping will be covered by stylingchic
Wrong Items Received
If stylingchic sends you incorrect items by mistake, we
will rectify the situation promptly. Contact us immediately, and we
will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional
charge. We will also provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect
items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund from stylingchic
within the expected timeframe:
